Posted On: 01/09/2025 I visited this dental office on November 14th for a tooth extraction, which cost $266. I provided my insurance information and was assured by the front desk, the dentist, and a staff member who offered me a health plan that the practice was in-network. Trusting this information, I paid the amount charged without double-checking.

However, on January 9th, 2025, I visited another dentist for three tooth extractions and was charged $0. When I contacted Tomlinson Dental to inquire about their pricing, I was quoted $289 for a similar procedure. This significant price difference raises concerns about transparency and honesty regarding their billing practices.

Additionally, I was not informed that the office does not offer bone grafts or anesthesia until after I had already paid and the procedure had begun. This lack of upfront communication about services is unacceptable.

I plan to report this experience to the Florida Health Department, the Better Business Bureau, and other relevant organizations to ensure others are aware. I value honesty and transparency, especially when it comes to healthcare and financial matters. Itboyrue

I've never had an experience like that with and dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Macdonald is awesome. Her assistant held my hand through this pain was just awesome.
